Sports and games implies many positive attributes simultaneously. Along with health it also shows stamina and fair play. Our institute gives importance on various sports activities. Annual Sports Meet is conducted every year on February Month. In this academic year       A.Arul Vinolia of I B.Ed., won the individual championship. Our students teachers are encouraged to participate in inter collegiate competitions. Last year our students won prizes in university zonal level sports meet, Trichy, conducted by Tamilnadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.

• Giving training in Weight lifting, Power lifting at Gym.

• Sending players to extramural (intercollegiate) competitions.
