STET School of Management, an exclusive management school, started MBA program, in the year 2001 with the approval of AICTE, New Delhi.

  • “An Exclusive Entrance for Executives of Tomorrow”
  • It is affiliated to the Bharathidasan University, Thiruchirappalli. The main aim of establishing this business school is to identify and train the future managers of the country from among the rural graduates.
  • This school has grown from strength to strength and at present there are 40 students to get MBA degree every year.

Admission Procedure

As per the AICTE norms, only students with an aggregate of not less than 50% in main papers (III part) at the degree level are eligible for admission to MBA.This condition is strictly followed at the time of admission. Since MBA is the AICTE approved programmes the students have to appear either for TANCET conducted by the Anna University,Chennai;or CET conducted by the Consortium of Selffinancing colleges of Tamilnadu.The candidates are admitted as per the University and Government norms.

Seats under the Quota are filled through counseling conducted by the Anna University on the basis of marks obtained in TANCET and the seats under Management quota are filled on the basis of marks obtained in part III at UG level and CET examination.
